    Default bits for alum

    Can anyone tell me the preferred / best bit to use for cutting aluminum shapes out of .063" thick aluminum sheets.

    I'd probably use a 3/16 downcut o-flute.

    just search mscindustrial for aluminum router. I usually use the acupro brand.
