    They may not convey their gratitude for having a 'caring' teacher now, but in years to come they will! I still have a lasting friendship and fondness for two of my old 'shop' teachers, both in their 90's!

    Yeah, You you usually do very small stepovers, and the profile with the worst toolmarks is the one closest to your middle holddown (opposite of what I expected
    Be interested in what 3D experienced people say!
    Did you fill the Desktops "Elbow Grease Reservoir" ?

    I would think the Adirondacks would be good for the kids to learn material lists and production techniques and just plain old woodworking skills.
    I'd think they would probably sell well too?

    Some new projects.
    They are made from corian using the vcarve toolpath with a flat area clean out tool.
    After that they are spray painted and sand/polished, 100g to remove the paint after that we use a 4 step process made by 3M.
    It is called trizact and is made for polishing acrylic.20160121_092530 copy.jpg
