    I'd like to thank everyone for their help. Today I spoke to a sales rep at Penn State Ind. He confirmed what I've been told here. The Penn State unit won't be much, if any improvement over the unit I currently own.

    Default Plastic Blastgates

    What I did is to run a saw blade at the bottom of the gate where the gate closes (and where saw dust collected). I put a saw blade slice to allow the sawdust to drop through but still does get clogged...
