    Default New fad

Their is a new fad going around. 16 to 18 inch letters above peoples beds. The florist that orders letters has had a rush on letters (entails) I am cutting them out of 3/8 ply wood. For a set of 3 Painted black I am getting $50.00 per set.

Not sure why this fad. Maybe it's so they can remember who they are in bed with. lol...

Jeff what I am using is a 1/8 straight flute bit I bought at Lowes.
The reason for the straight flute is that it packs the shavings back in the cut line so the parts hold into place and I do not have to have tabs. part number of Bosch is 85213mc
