I need to drill holes with a 13/64 bit - (into plywood) -- can you recommend a drill bit manufacturer that has 1/4" shanks so I can use them in my tool holders - I'm running a PRS ALPHA ATC and don't have a 'chuck attachement'
thanks!

never drill with your shop bot router or spindle. Instead do a pocket to the desired depth.. bearing not designed to drill.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

One option might be to mark the hole locations...with say an 1/8 bit.... with the Bot and then drill them out to proper depth with a proper tool.
The decimal point seems to be the most important on the z axis... x & y not so much....
ShopBot... Where even the scraps and things you mess up and throw away are cool....
Profile toolpath with 1/8" endmill using a spiral ramp? Watch your chips and bit temp, ramping really affects the MX,Y actual speed so may have to get more aggressive MZ or drop your speed. Did these .32 and .38" holes with a 1/4"UP and bit was cool at end of 500+ holes.
