Can you use aspire to cut with a epilog laser ? I recently saw a post of someone using a program called "cut 2d laser ". since cut 2d is part of aspire i was wondering how you would use aspire with a epilog laser

    Thank you

There's a fair few posts about this on the Vectric forum. As far as output of 2D vectors goes VCarve and Aspire are identical and Cut2D is very similar.

Creating a Post Processor with the correct on off commands for the laser seems to be the only change required.

This post outlines the process: http://forum.vectric.com/viewtopic.php?p=104183#p104183

    Hi,
Cut2D Laser is an OEM product which can only drive a laser. It has a simplified interface for lasers and all the normal toolpathing stuff removed. As Adrian has pointed out we do have people driving some lasers from the normal Vectric products with a customised PostP.
