Default The guy who dies with the most collets wins?

I made these tool and collet holders for the young man who
rents one of my buildings and has a machine shop. He was
like a kid with a new toy. .25 ABS plastic. Gene

Gene, Because of those Dang buttons, I was wondering how you drew that?
Did you do a linear array of 2 in the Y, and then offset top row, then Group those two and linear array the pair a lot and then drag to the side and then select large "clumps" of them and then drag them back in?
Nesting isn't working well for me on the different diameters for me when working on specific width thin hardwoods.
I hope the Heck you pocketed those--THAT'S a TON of tabs
    NICE!

He actually did the files in some other CAM program and we found
a file type that Vcarve would import. They were cut from the back
with rabbets to glue stiffeners on the back. He machines a lot of this
black ABS but none of his machines will take a piece of this size.
I started gluing the panels down but that didn't work well and I noticed
that the cutouts just collected in my vac attachment for the spindle
so I didn't bother with tabs. Gene

One man's circles are another man's fender washers, spacers, bushings...

This post reminded me of a license plate holder that I had with "He Who Dies With The Most Toys Wins", on it. A cop that pulled me over was chuckling when he came up. He asked me what the corollary was? He told me, ""He" was still dead!" I still have the holder hanging in my shop.
