    Default Before I UR

So I just finished Z-mod kit, (but I didn't have to change any settings as I already had an upper Z-Proximity switch) and now when I do a "Spacebar" Pause, X,Y and Spindle STOP, but spindle doesn't retract to Safe-Z?
Before I do a UR, what other things should I be checking? I'd just like to know why it started doing this. USB is back in the original slot--No comm problems--no static or surge noticed--no settings were changed
    Any ideas?

Thanks Bob, Just going out now, and I'll check those settings.
Yep, Had C3'd a dozen times, but hadn't done a "spacebar" Pause until yesterday. Just wanted to see what had "shifted" on me. Probably do a UR and update firmware if the settings don't solve it. Using a surfacing bit yesterday to check spindle alignment after doing Z-Mod and the quality of cut was as good or better than before the Mod

Thanks Bob, I'd left machine on all night(spindle power off) so nothing had changed.
VL highZ was set at 8"(?) and I've never touched it--changed to 5.5" and did a couple air-cuts and that did it!
She's been running fine all day now.
    Thanks,
