Shopbot tech needed

So I have a Shopbot PRS and we have had it for 4 years and have been having so many weird problems with it. It will randomly lose its Z position, slow down, the spindle shorts out. I have tried working out the problems and have gotten to the point where I have no idea what else to do.

Does anyone know of a good person that I could pay to come out and do a full service on the machine and go over what needs to be replaced and what can be fixed? Does Shopbot offer technicians to come and service machines?

Yes. Give them a call to arrange for a factory trained tech to get you straightened out.
