    Default running 2 toolpaths

I am cutting 2 toolpaths with the same bit. 1 inside cuts and 1 outside cuts. Is there a way to cut 1 and then the other back to back without the shopbot stoping and me having to load another file?
    thanks

Save both to the same file. When you go to save the toolpath post them both in the box. The order that they are listed will be the order in which they are cut.

In the toolpath save window, there is a check box for save all checked files. If you are running a simple, no tool changer bot, it will give you an error unless all tools are the same. Otherwise, it will save as many paths as you have saved to run as one file. The suggested name will be the name of the first file.

As the others have said, just be sure that all toolpaths are saved in one file by checking the ones you want prior to saving the toolpath. Having said that, the version of the Control Software post processor that I have will allow you to save toolpaths with different bits in one file and prompt you to manually change the tool, re-zero, use the keypad and then resume. I have used this many times and really like the feature. It might be worth while to check on getting a newer post processor from shopbot, It is listed in the "Drivers/Patches" section.

Those Post Processors are very out of date on that link.

The latest Post Processors are installed whenever you install SB3 and are located in the c:\sbparts\PartWorksPosts and c:\sbparts\VCarvePro_forShopBotPosts
