Sign making 101, covering cutters, materials, and finishing tecniques as well as effective use of vinyl masks.
Routing plastics, such as cast and extruded acrylics, Sintra and other plastics.
ShopBot maintenance
ProfileLab Software and VisualMill Software.
ShopBot accessories, such as Steve M' great air deflector for the PC Router and ShopBots Accesory relays.
How To Cut Prismatic (bevel raised) and incised (v-Carved) letters effectivley.

As mentioned above, I will try and focus on the use of the SHopBot tool in making signage. Here is a piece currently being worked on in our shop that makes use of paint masks, and different finishing techniques.Here is some dirt on this piece, it is 4' X 6' Vertical grain cedar with a walnut stain and several coats of Spar varnish. It is double sided (same design carved on both sides) the words Dental, Dentaire and phone numbers are v-carved with a 120Deg v-bit and the worde centre is prismatic or bevel carved with the same 120 degree v-bit. the background black colour is glass smalts and the gold due to clients budget constraints is one shot gold lettering enamel.
