    Default EPS Foam

Another carving from 2" EPS. The photos are the progression from fresh off the ShopBot to the sequence of the finishing. I did pour clear cast epoxy in the background and brushed over the crock, bottle and tea pot. This was to get a smooth strong base as you can see in the second picture how thin the background ended up. All of the paint are acrylics from Hobby Lobby. The tea pot is finished with "Rub and Buff". The labels on the bottle I found on Google images, printed and cut out from copier paper and affixed with Mod Podge. This piece is for my wife. She really likes it. This Saturday, I am going to the Austin Texas ShopBot Camp and will have it for show and tell along with some other carvings and finishes.
