High Density Paper Composite

Hi Everyone,
I am cutting some 3/4" HDPC using my shopBot Router. I am playing around with the speeds and feeds trying to maximize cutter life and minimize tool deflection. Is there anyone else out there working with this material? If so what sort of speed/ Feed and cutters are you using.

Call up your tool maker and ask them. If they are any good at their job they will be able to help.
We use Vortex tool and Beckwith Decor Products they are a great help in telling would bits work with what.
