Broken control box switch

Need advise on how to open the control box after the power switch has failed.

If it's an Alpha there is one; Standard there are two - flat slotted fasteners that keep the control box shut. Just pull a coin from your pocket and turn each a 1/4 turn to open.

Call SB tomorrow for a replacement, if that one cannot be repaired.

Thank you, but it appears the slotted plastic outer ring is free wheeling with no grip.

the PRT had that problem mine broke off after th first few times.

Mine broke day one!
If yours is like mine, the screwdriver slot below it is the head of the cam lock inside… see photos. The big red knob is the electrical interlock, and not the cabinet lock. You can operate the interlock with the door open, just remember the power inside is on if you do!

Thank you for the help full insight. I removed the yellow cover plate, the retaining screws and outer plate. I was then able to insert the control knob and operate the power switch.
