Forgot about that one you made Brian.
Yep, I was thinking even wider(say 2-3 steps away) for some type of repetitive clamp/cut. But again can't think of a good example
Peening Brass Rod with washers would save you a pint of Blue Loc-Tite
Thinking dipping in hot wax would make them impervious to humidity, and as they wear it would expose fresh wax and self lubricate Works VERY well on buttons, and now I know about 150F oven, going to start playing with larger items(Maybe Fly Boxes?).
Sure you don't want to use it to Raise/Lower your trailer tailgate like a drawbridge? Fit right in with with your Locking Bar
    Good Work!

    Brian,
That chain is cool. And the Vise too. Maybe the chain could raise and lower some kind of drop down storage platform attached to the ceiling?

    Brady,
Nice link, I have never seen that site. I am going to send that one to my Dad. He will like that. About a year and a half ago, I bought plans to build a smaller scale manual sawmill, was gonna go visit Dad and we were gonna build it. Then I realized I had no wood to saw, and no way to move the heavy logs to load the machine, plus getting it 800 miles once built....LOL
You are right, just because "we can" doesn't always mean "we should" ....but that IS the fun stuff.
