Keyboard move issues

I did call support and mentioned my problem. All they could tell me is that it was probably a communications problem that was causing the software to freeze. Perhaps if there are others experiencing this problem they should voice their concerns so it does get fixed at the source.

I think if you send an email rather than call, it would be better. At least this has been my experience regarding the control software & not general support issues.
