Default Need someone with an indexer to cut some flat top cones

Looking for someone with a indexer to cut a few flat top cones out of wood. These will be used as molds. Wood type does not matter as long as it's smooth and hard. Sample of what I need is 8" diameter flat top cone with a 83.4634 cone angle to 3.5" diameter. Should be approximately 14" long. See attached picture. Please send questions and cost estimates to sales@evorep.com. Thanks
