Default Loss of Vacuum Hold Down

I've got one of those 16.9hp regenerative blowers for hold down. Was cutting several identical parts for the same project on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday (still using same material and file), can't get the material to stay in place.

Gauge still reads the same, filters look very clean. Haven't changed anything. But I can easily slide the material around by hand.

Any idea what might be happening (and what I could do to get back up and running)?

Thanks, but definitely not the problem. When I open and close the valves, the gauge responds accordingly.

Surface your spoil board sounds like it getting plugged with fine dust or too many lines in it from cutting thru I have to do that to mine when it starts acting up and I've got the same blower

I was wondering if it was something like that. I'll have to give it a try.

make sure you don't have a fitting leak under the table. If you're running all zones open and only one is losing vac you're not going to hold your board.
