    Default Desktop Table re surfacing

Is there a tutorial or video on how to resurface my desktop? I thought I saw one before, but now I can't find it. Thx in advance,

    Run C3.
Put the flattening bit in the spindle.
    Zzero on the bed.
In SB3, press Alt+1 (to activate spindle - depending on your version of SB3)
Run MS and enter a speed of 2 for XY, 1 for Z
Run the TU command and follow the instructions.
FE to look at the file that was created. Make changes as necessary.
    FP to run it.

    Thanks Brady.

For anyone who has a desktop with the old dust collector (Plastic box) & a Desktop plastic enclosure outside the machine - Be careful! I learned the hard way, the dust collector actually crashed into the plastic enclosure. I had to manually make the surface tabling program 1.5 inches shorter ....

Hmm...that doesn't seem right. I am wondering if your MDF deck is the right size & in the best position.

Try something. Put a v-bit in the router and run C3. Does it point exactly to the bottom left of the MDF?

Now tell the tool to M2, 24,18 to go all the way to the other corner. Does the tool go all the way?

It is possible for the MDF to be offset a bit where you don't get the full travel of the tool. In reality, I think they go like 25 x 18.5 or so. Make sure you're getting all the area you paid for...
