Mark,
Very nice work. What check valves did you use? And I see what looks like a fernco on your exhaust, is that what it is? Any problems with heat on it? Have you thought about installing mufflers to quiet things down?

Thanks for all the nice comments! It works excellent.
Jim, I wondered who would notice the valve placement. That is one of the next projects if the work slows.
JMCS, standard off the shelf 2" check valves from HD cut in half (see the pics on the first post). Not sure what a fernco is but the motors exhaust through the baffles in the black box to the floor. There is a thermostatically controlled cooling fan in the end that draws air over the motors that works very well. I always wear hearing protection when running the bot so I didn't worry about mufflers.
Thanks,
Mark
Hey that's a great ideal
Would you be willing to share your cut files for that box? It looks fantastic!
Mark,
Thanks for all the pictures. It helps to understand what you've built.
James
How much does this build cost?
How much do all the joints and valves cost?
Could you break it down into the different components please?
I don't understand what the flap openings are for. Could someone explain how it works?
Really nice work. Thank you for sharing.
