I have a 2007 model ShopBot PRS Standard with a second Z-axis installed. I use it to double my output -- cut two of the same pattern at the same time. Both heads can move together or independently.
Patterns can be anything up to 24 inches wide for double cutting. Patterns up to 36 inches wide can be cut singularly without doing anything special, just use the Z head by itself.
For patterns wider than 36 inches, I wrote a custom post-processor for full-table cutting. The Z cuts the left half of the pattern, the A cuts the right half. Or you can just remove the A head if you prefer. It's about a five minute job.

Included is a 2009 model Becker 10HP vacuum pump and four quadrant hold-down system. This is a 33% stronger pump than ShopBot currently sells. I paid $10K for it and love it. One of the best decisions I ever made. The vanes are less than a year old so they have at least five more years of useful life.
Also included is a properly sized American Standard single-phase to three-phase inverter for the Becker pump.
I've used this system almost daily for the past six years. It has been exceptionally well maintained and has proven to be a real workhorse. I've never had any problems with it.
