Default Diamond Drag on ShopBot Desktop

Hi there, I got the 6061 aluminum plate and it cutting it with a ShopBot Desktop works great - I was rather surprised! Even dibond is no match. Thanks to the guys here who helped me get that set-up!

I also got a diamond drag bit from ShopBot Tools but when I go into my "bit selection" it's blanked out and says tool is available. I realize that diamond drag doesn't need the industrial spindle I'm using to be ON so I'm wondering what you guys do to get this set-up to work?

    Thanks!

    Jon,

Are using a profile toolpath? it should be available, then.

If its anything like Aspire, it will be greyed out unless you select a quick engrave toolpath.

Just select it as a engraving tool or vbit, might take a bit of experimentation to get optimal results.
