    Default Help with SolidWorks

Anyone out there use SolidWorks? I don't but I have some one that is trying to send me some DXF files and he can't figure out how to join lines to close the vector. Simple with Aspire but I guess not with SW. I can't believe it's that hard but he is getting no help from SW forum or SW tech. support. I'll try to attach one of the files. Thanks.

Thanks Brady but I know how to join them in Aspire. He has a bunch of files to send me and he is using SolidWorks. He wants them all joined before he sends them to me. The issue is on his end with SW. He's not sure how to join them in SW.

I'm gotcha now. Seems like a non-issue if you can join them on your end.

If he is bringing extruded parts into a drawing he will have overlapping vectors best to import the base sketch and export the dxf. Or make sure he has hidden lines removed option turned on though that does not work as well.
