I would like to carve foot prints with my ShopBot like the picture. I have done V-carving with v-bits, but no carving with round nose. If any one can help me it sure would be appreciated.

First you need a 3D file. You can buy one online (if the exact one you want exists), try your hand at drawing it up in a 3D CAD package, or send out an impression to be scanned (which you would own & have copyright/exclusive rights to)
Then you being the 3D file into CAM (VCP 8, Aspire, Cut3D/PartWorks3D) and generate toolpaths. You may need a roughing toolpath depending on how deep it is, and then a finishing toolpath with a ball end mill. It's pretty easy.
There are tons of video tutorials on how to setup the toolpaths if you use Vectric software.

you could probably make a model quicker then finding one. It looks like just a series of dished shapes.

I agree with Jack.
I'd just google up a black and white image, fit vectors to it, and smooth them.
Then go make shapes from the vectors.
Dig it out with a couple ballnoses, done.
Here's some black and white footprints.
Thanks for the help on this. I'm sure I can make a 2D cad drawing of what I want. I have Bob CAD CAM and Bob Art software. I don't have any experience with setting up carving with a ballnose bit. The carving I wish to do will be simpler than the picture posted. The depth of cut probably no more than 1/8". Any ideas for me would be appreciated.
