Default An evening at Barns and Nobel

Today I spent the evening at Barns and Nobel talking about my Raspberry Pi controlled solar heated wood kiln and the projects I make with my ShopBot from “Found” wood.

    Here’s my slide show if you’re interested…

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8G...ew?usp=sharing

I brought big and small projects but the “hit” of the evening was the small “prank” box where an insect pops out at you when you open the lid…

I forgot to have someone take a picture… I had a 42” monitor on a table behind the display that I showed the slideshow on.
The store was crowded… and not just the folks in the seating area were interested! Lots of questions about the kiln, Raspberry pi and ShopBot.

A good time was had by all!

    Very cool, Steve!

Thanks for the link. Funny I just started printing a case for a Raspi 2B right before I read this thread
