I have been having poor results when generating a Finish Machining Toolpath in Aspire. When the carving is previewed in Aspire everything looks as it should. Unfortunately when toothpath's Area Machining Strategy is set to Offset I'm left with a "step" in the carving every time the bit passes certain areas. If the Area Machining Strategy is set to Raster I don't have this issue.

Any thoughts as to why Offset carvings aren't working for me?
