Could you post or PM some detailed pics including what aspects of the package were done with 80/20? You mention the base. Was it an older wooden base before? I have a benchtop prt that I'd like to make into a full 4x8 machine, and 80/20 as the main table is probably going to be the plan. Thanks

The entire base was constructed of 80/20. Download or order the 80/20 catalogue and use the design guide. I believe all of the components are available on CAD. Use the Heavy Duty Profiles. The base was skinned with 3/4" MDO plywood see attached image. This is only base this machine has had.shopbot2.jpg

This Machine is no longer for sale. I have decided to keep it and reconfigure it for a new purpose. Thank you for your interest. Keep SHOPBOTTING!

Looks like the config I have except 1 router and 1 drill (not used) here. Could you post a pic of how you connected the dust collection? Did you build the shoe, use a Kent shoe, or something else? TIA

Not sure if this helps y'all. I just saw it on Shopbot's newsletter. http://www.gphsmanufacturing.org/gph...eid=6c849c4ac2
