I'm making a whole bunch of pint sized shelving and kids benches, etc for a local school/daycare. I'm matching several pieces that were purchased elsewhere (but in KD form) and everything is made from 1/2" (12mm) Baltic Birch.

I'm cutting all the gables (there are 15 individual units, plus other things irregularly shaped) out on my BT48, with my 48" x 48" cutting area, and universal vacuum. Jobs like this are why I needed that vacuum! Being able to throw a 1/2 sheet on the top and press go, and walk away. Very nice

All the grooves and dadoes are cut to accept the shelving, backs etc and we just need to glue everything together afterwards. Sure makes jobs like this simple. Simple means profitable!

Ill take some pics of the completed stuff, this week. Its mostly in the spray room now.
