    Default Cabinet back problems

I occasionally have run into this on cabinet backs where it seems the outline cut comes in by the width of my bit and cuts all sides an additional 5mm making the part 3/8" to small. The dadoes are cut correctly but are then partially cut off with the perimeter pass.
This time with 2 jobs in a row doing it and it happening on the recut I looked into it. Both were cabinets I shrunk in height and made deeper and changed material on the side panels. The cutlist shows correct sizes and the picture is correct. All other parts on the sheet come correctly.
Any one else run into this?

Have you posted this on the eCabinets forum on the Thermwood site? The TWD guys monitor these types of posts.
