4 x 8 PRS Style Alpha with spindle

This is a custom rebuilt tool that was originally a PRT but has been rebuilt above the frame as a PRS style. All the mechanical work was done around 5 years ago and the Alpha control box and motors were done 2 years ago.

It comes with:
5HP Columbo spindle/Delta VFD that is 1 Phase and has always been warmed up and cooled down on startup and shutdown.
7 1/2HP regenerative blower that is 3 Phase and table is set up with 8 zones
Windows 7 desktop that has been stripped "Black Viper" style and never has had any comm issues and cabinet.
SB control box has custom wall mounts and it has a prototype dust shoe that works great.

This is a really nice machine that has had average use over the years for mostly cabinet work. The frame is heavier than a new one. A comparable new unit would be around $24,000. I am retiring from cabinetmaking and am asking $16,000. I have forklift available to load.

There are still a few things left that I would like to dispose of to be picked up by the end of the month:
1. The Shopbot
2. 10HP Ingerall Rand Compressor-3PH(see pic)
3. 25HP Comp-Air rotary screw Compressor-3PH (see pic)
4. 3HP Unisaw w/52" Biesmier fence-1 PH (see pic)

They will be going into storage then.
Not "must sell" but "motivated"

I'm bumping this-I know South Florida is a trek but this is one heck of a nice machine. The company I am working for now is thinking of renting a space for me that would be large enough for me to put it back into service, and frankly, I would love that on one level but would still rather sell it to someone who needs to mill full sheets for a living and replace with a smaller unit.
Why consider thousands more for a machine that has older motors and controller (They are ALPHA) and not as nicely equipped just because it has a newer frame?
