If you export as a dxf, you CAN import to fusion 360. That program is one giant beta but it is free and useful if you invest some time watching you tube tutorials. I have lately been drawing in aspire (or vcarve) first because I'm very fast with it and then import dxf into fusion to make 3d models. To import you have to upload the dxf to the cloud, but then extruding into thickness panels could be helpful. There is a couple videos on shopbots website of a designer making a bookshelf in a similar fashion. Sort of. Hope that helps.
