Cooling fan on 5hp Colombo spindle - replacing?

My fan has died and I've ordered a direct replacement online. The thing is, I can't see how to disconnect the old one. I've removed the fan housing from the top of the spindle and I can lift (just) the fan from the spindle housing but the wiring is so tight that I can't see where it goes even after removing the cover plate off the spindle-mounted junction box. Nor can I see how the junction box is attached to the spindle housing...anybody?

Thanks Joe, figured it out. There were a couple of allen bolts hiding behind a plastic insulator. Once those were removed (after making sure power was off) it became clear how to take it all apart.
