    Mr Spindle,

    I presume you model one side and cut it four times by rotating the "blank" four times?

    James,
    That is exactly what I did. I wanted to use the indexer, and program it to do a side, turn 90 degrees to do the next side, and repeat until all four sides were done.
    This method worked great for a 3.5" blank, but with the big blank, I found that it would grab a little and turn it just enough to make the piece not perfectly square.
