Default Just lost Shopbot's best salesperson.

Dianne Reynolds in Sales had her last day today at Shop bot
I can't tell you the amount of times she put us in touch with the correct person to solve/cure problems with our 2 Desktops!
She will be greatly missed by myself and others for her attention to detail and not allowing stuff to fall through the cracks, or get ignored.
She always got you in touch with the right person, and would NOT sell you an option you did NOT need!
I consider her a friend, and has been a GREAT help to getting our business profitable!
    Ya done good Dianne!!!
    Fare Well Dianne!!!

Sounds like she is a very knowledgeable and reliable person. I don't know her but I have been a loyal SB owner since 2001.I just have an old PRT that cuts shapes, letters and such. I trouble shoot with this forum.

She sold me my shopbot back in 2006. Is she retiring? All good people there....

When I went down there for an open house I talked to her about upgrading my PR to the 4g board. She told me not to buy it there but order it when I got home to save taxes and some other charges. I have talked to her on several occasions and she always steered me into the right direction. I will miss that

When I made the decision to pick up my Max, Dianne went out of her way to help me figure out all the finer details. She worked with me on shipping, training, extra miscellaneous things I would've otherwise missed, and really went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and feeling good with all the final decisions. I am very thankful to have met her in person, and I wish her the best in her next adventure. Thank you, Dianne. You will most definitely be missed

    All the Best,
