Default Adjustable Grand Piano action model

This project has 18 axis or movements and is an aide to piano rebuilders and designers to prove the use of new parts. All wood is baltic birch 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" of course it's really in mm's.
Made on a ShopBot Desktop even though the base of the model is longer than 24". The new Desktop MAX would be great!

Impressive! A good jig would have come in handy when I rebuilt a player piano 30 years ago - but that was before CNC machines entered my life! Thanks for sharing!

    James…
    Welcome to the forum!
Perusing your website brought back old memories… My father was a piano/organ repair man and I got my start in woodworking helping him!
