    Default Chest Cooler

Our trusty small plastic cooler finally broke after 20 years, we use it a lot when I sell at art shows so I decided to make on to fit in with my work.

The wood is basswood scraps I had left over from a cabinet job, the top is aluminum flashing with foam insulation sandwiched in between. I used a tote for the bottom inside and expanding foam for the insulation.

The shop bot cut the sides to the top.

If anyone can not see the pictures let me know, imgur does not work at another forum but I could see the pictures on my end.

What type of expanding foam, did you stuff the tote full of anything to keep it from crushing the tote?? looks great... and functional.
