A number of questions have come up regarding use of laptops at the Philly Seminar.

There is an advantage to have Vectric software loaded on a laptop for these events. Both to follow along and to have problematic operations and files to present to the instructors.

Instruction is given on the latest versions of all Vectric titles. Older versions may not have the same features, or they may not present or operate in the same manner as the current ones. The current version of VCarve Pro and Aspire is 8.5.14. You can access the version number from the "Help" menu and click on "About". Do yourself a favor and upgrade if one is available. One of the Vectric titles licensed in your name is preferred, but a trial version may get you by, but will limit file exchange with the instructors.

Those with needs that are not listed on the schedule will be given an opportunity to add these to the request fill-in sheet for the 3rd days agenda. The instructors will be available during the breaks between sessions to answer your questions.

As we know, traveling in large metropolitan areas is frustrating,,at best.
    Parking is even worse...
And Philadelphia is no better than anywhere else.

To make your visit here easier and to add to your overall experience at our CNC event, we have arranged for a shuttle service from select hotels that you may be staying at.

The hotels we are suggesting are listed on our website .
    http://cncseminars.com/events/philadelphia-pa/

It would very helpful for us to know which hotel those who are attending are staying at, so we can arrange the transportation, if you want it.

Please feel free to contact me at mm@mezalick.com to let us know the hotel and if you have any questions.

    Hope to see you there.

    Default Bridge Clossing

News Update for all Attendees of the Philadelphia CNC Seminars Event

It has just been announced that the Delaware River- Turnpike Toll Bridge that connects the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) and the New Jersey Turnpike has been closed indefinitely.
    http://www.philly.com/philly/blogs/r...ge-closed.html

This is one of the main turnpike bridges that connects both states on the northern side of Philadelphia.

If you are driving to Philadelphia for the CNC Seminars event next week, this may impact your travel time.

Please check your travel route for alternate directions.

    Better safe than sorry...
