    Default 1/8" Compression Bit

Wanted to post some success I have been having with a small diameter compression bit. Needed something for maintaining small features for door signs and monograms without requiring secondary sanding operation. This cutter maintains flawless top and bottom edges while maintaining good speed.

Thanks for posting. Been looking for one of these for a while. We cut the same things you do and the 1/4" compression is just too big to get in the small areas and we were dealing with the backside splintering with the downcut 1/8" bits. Compression bits work most awesomely.

Noticed this thread and it applied to me quite a bit. I've been looking to get a 1/8 compression bit as I've just been using straight cut bits to this point with my machine cutting 1/2 birch plywood. When running a compression bit like you listed about do you cut in one pass or will it work while doing multiple passes? I generally cut in three passes. I too have been running into the issue that my 1/4 is to big to do some of the tight areas.
