Default Whats happening to my bots???

So at my work I have a 2009 BT48 and a 2012 PRS alpha 60"x144" and I run them both 5 days a week and have normal shutdown and warm up routines. I come in this morning and start up both PC's and boom, error messages pop up on both PC's. I have some pictured. So I started by re-installing the control software on one and it seems fine other than the "X" and "Y" axis are switched. Can someone explain how to switch it back? Also does anyone know why they both would mess up on the same day?IMG_4117.jpgIMG_4116.jpg

    "Update"

I have them both up and running. I re-installed both control softwares and restarted all computers. On the 2012 Alpha I had to switch the X and Y axis which I remember having to do when we first bought the machine. On the buddy it kept throwing me error messages and both my limit switch inputs were lit so I switched those in VN to normally closed and its working fine...... I have no idea why they both decided to get funky this morning but I have been saying to myself for the past few weeks that I have been happy not to have a problem out of the bots in a very long time! Jinxed myself I guess haha.

What should I be seeing in the values for the Y settings?

Lights are on for all drivers. cable looks good from what I can see.

I have had my software crash and it resets the unit values on the y. to fix it you need to usually reboot the computer then change it and reboot the software. after that I get the x-y out of bounds message. I have to turn off the warning for them. this happens every few months now.

So I should have wrote down or taken pictures of the original error messages to find out what happened to both computers to have me re-install the software but I just had to reset the settings to fix the Y axis issue. If it happens again I will record the error messages and find out the root cause and update it on here! thanks for the help!
