Upgrading my PRS Standard to Alpha.

I have sent 2 emails, 2 days in a row,but no answer from Shopbot regarding upgrading my PRS Standard ???

Did you call them? Also, what do you have for a control system now? An RBK system (that'd be the metal control box) or do you have one of the older V4G systems? (black PC case). If you have an older system I upgraded my PRS standard and I can share info with you...
