I've been using 1/4" and 1/8" diameter spiral O flute upcut plastic bits from Amana. I've tried a bunch and these seem to be the best, they leave very little "fuzzies" behind.
I did order a special "color core" bit awhile back that might have been from Centurian, it had a very small tip diameter (.047?) and it didn't work all that well for me.

I've been using a Whiteside RU1600 upcut 1/4 bit. Just started playing with Color Core some of of the more experienced out there with it may have better advice.

I've used that colorcore bit. I believe I have a 60^ v bit. It cuts great but still leaves some fuzzies in the cut. I don't think you can get away from that.

I've been able to clean up most fuzzies with just running a rag over the cuts, cleans up about 95% of fuzzies I get.

I do a lot of name badges using color core material. I use a horse hair brush for cleaning the fuzzies out. For the name badges I just use a regular engraving bit so not the same as doing a sign, but fuzzies are fuzzies. Russ
