Got a new control board off the forms but now my x-2 port is fine all other ports wont work any help would be appreciated

Try the other motors on the working drive to verify the drive(s) are bad.

all the motors work fine on the x-2 drive
could it be a thing that all the drives on the new board are bad besides the one

If the power supply has proper voltage and all motors work as expected on one drive, then yes, it appears the rest are bad
