Sounds like you have a bad connection or a pinched / half broken wire. Maybe - turn off power, unplug and reseat all connections, check each wire for damage / half broken wires paying close attention at the connectors.

I'm going to order a new main board tomorrow. I just have a feeling something is wrong with this one. I've been checking connections, all seems ok, but it wouldn't be hard to over look the slightest one

You could send the board in and they will check it and repair if needed

Yea. I'm just going to order a new one. The thing is, I have a big craft show this weekend. And very little product lol.

I feel since I have updated to the most recent software, that the machine is not coenciding with it?

I guess I should note, the Z axis seems to be doing just fine. But let's say if I'm moving the X axis, and it starts to jerk, the Y axis will then jerk....so once one axis starts to jerk.... theY both jerk.

Should I be looking at any Limits, or ramp values Etc? Or should I go back to the old software?
