    Default Cutting Coroplast

Is there anyone cutting Coroplast with the Bot and if so what tooling and parameters?

I've cut a ton of that stuff. I usually use a Donek D4 drag knife with really good results. Router bits leave straggley bits on the end...

I did all of these booth walls with Coroplast too:

a new o-flute with max rpms regular cut 2 to 3 ips usually cuts it cleanly. I have cut 1/8" to 1/2" with this method. it does not always get all the tabs depending on the sharpness of the bit.
