Need Help Shopbot Buddy 32

I have a shop bot buddy and I have been running this profile for well over a year and today my machine is losing its home position. I have it set to the center it moved to the right. I have tried it 3 times and ruined 3 board and broke 3 bits. I am at a loss.

Sounds like it could be either a tired stepper motor driver, bad or loose connection, or possibly a dull bit.
