Default problem with zeroing to proxy switches

ok I think that this was unintentional suicide. I went into shopbot setup and set the spindle to go to a certain point after it zeroed with the proxy switches. well that was fine BUT now it wont run a file that I created yesterday. So I tried to set everything back BUT when I zero it with the proxy switches the last move it makes is negative and it grinds ( both axis). Ok Id like to just get it back to be able to zero it with the proxy switches. Can anyone help?
    Thanks so much

In most cases the "default" rollback from the switches is .5" go back into setup and change what you messed up

Well I finally found the problem. The default WAS .05 BUT it had a (-) in front of it. Ha makes a major difference. Thanks for y'all comments.
