Here is a 16" x 16" Georgia Tech wall plaque that I routed for my dad's birthday. Substrate is MDF and painted with acrylic. I went to Georgia so I will send pics of my Bulldog Wall art in next posting. 3Q.jpgFRONT.jpgSOCKET BASE.jpgTOP.jpg

Hello "New Member". That looks really professional and artistic! You have great detail in the carving, and a very pleasing paint finish. What type of MDF did you use? Thanks, Chuck
Chuck Keysor (circa 1956)
PRT Alpha 60" x 144" (circa 2004)
Columbo 5HP spindle
Aspire 9.0, Rhino 5
Wonderful job.
How and where did you pick up your skills?
Hey Joe, I majored in Visual Arts in college but I have always had the ability to draw and sculpt. My wife is a jeweler and sculptor also. I am left handed and she is right. We can sculpt on the same projects together. Here is a link to some of our work- https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6...XhQOGFrMERUNkU
Do you have a wood texture file you were going to send me? I will be spending more time on detailing the weathered board background on the second version of the rattler guitar. My e-mail address is: tlmaier54@gmail.com
Thanks, Tom
