My scene shop runs a lot of material through our PRS Alpha. After one recent long production run I decided to purchase some automatic 2" valves. IMG_5006.JPG

and build a simple 5 button console to control them.

They're great. A number of us run them.

Nice job on the panel. Thanks to photobucket all my pics of my system are MIA...I used the toggle switches and put them on a graphic that represents the size and location of each zone.

Nice job John. Very neat. Did your pvc pipe support beams also help stiffen your vacuum grid?

Yes Bob, We considered mounting the support to the shop floor, but this method allows for easier cleaning around the tool.
