Finished up a project for Church today. It's a leather image printed on vinyl and applied to 1/2" black PVC substrate. I put the PVC on the CNC face down, cut pockets on the back and cut the contour with an up cut spiral bit so not to tear out the vinyl. Printed an outline drawing on paper with registration marks to match the pockets on the PVC. Shot a little Silicone caulk in the pockets and set the pieces on the screws. They're going to use it to show where our missionaries are stationed around the world. Overall it's about 4'x6'.
