Base is 3/4" black PVC masked and painted barn red. Letters are 1/2" white PVC.

Hopefully a small redemption from the stir I causes a few weeks ago with my other PVC sign.
Thanks to Joe for some tips that I've passively learned from him in his past posts:
    1. Leaving a border outline around the letters where the letters stand out.
    2. Leaving an 1/8" gap around the letters for expansion.
    3. Charging more $$$!
    4. Clear Gorilla PVC glue (although some of the squeeze out behind the letters did dry a little milky. Don't know what's up with that?)

That looks awesome. I love working with that PVC board, so easy for stuff like this.

    Wes,

Glad to see you came through with another sign.

This is a tough business since it calls for material knowledge, sales techniques, installation, not to mention layout techniques. It took me a good ten years to really get my feet on the ground. You're off to a good start.

One suggestion. White PVC is nothing like the black version. To convert this material black the pigment makes it unstable under heat. It will warp like crazy in the sun. Also, the colored PVC will quickly fade. Blue is the worst.

    Joe
